Our Lady Help of Christians in Waldorf, Maryland is hosting the famous National Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Fatima on Friday, May 31, 2024 - Saturday, June 1, 2024 as part of the Eucharistic Congress Fatima Procession to Indianapolis, sponsored by the World Apostolate of Fatima, USA. The procession, which began in May in Connecticut, will end at Eucharistic Congress, July 17-21.

Please join us for all or part of the day (please see schedule below).

Petitions for the conversion of fallen-away Catholics are being collected and will be carried in Our Lady’s Heart to the Congress.

This historic image of Our Lady of Fatima was given to the United States by the bishop of Fatima after being blessed by Pope St. Paul VI in 1967. She was crowned by Cardinal O’Boyle at the National Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC in 1971. The statue travels across the United States under the custody of the World Apostolate of Fatima, USA. She has proven time and again to be the catalyst for renewed interest in the message of Fatima, and for introducing new generations of Catholics to Our Lady’s important message of conversion and peace.
