"Another Beautiful Dream!"

October 5, 2023Last month, I wrote a short column in the bulletin entitled, “A Beautiful Dream”. Many of you gave me very positive feedback and indicated that they also had experienced similar joyful dreams. I asked that they share one of their dreams. So far, only one person has written to me about one of her beautiful dreams. Here it is (with her permission) for your own reflection:
“I enjoyed reading about your heavenly dream, and would like to tell you about one of my dreams. My mother died in January of 2004. In December, 2004, I had the following dream: My friend, Jane d’Aguanno and I were in the Philadelphia area. I asked Jane if she wanted to see the house where I grew up. We went to the house, and as we walked up the steps, I told Jane that it would be strange to be there without my mom being there. But instead, the front door was wide open and Mom was standing there, looking young and radiant. She smiled and said, “Patty!”, and motioned for me to come in. Then, I woke up. I think the dream means that my mom is home in Heaven, and is radiant and happy, and I think the fact that she motioned me to come in means that she will be there to meet me when I arrive. I wrote that dream down in a notebook, along with several others that I want to remember.” ----Pat Viets
Like my own beautiful dream (in my column of September 7, 2023), Pat’s own beautiful dream is all about HEAVEN. Pat is joyful, because she has a vision of being in Heaven with her beloved mother.In my own dream, I was surrounded by a small group of people who were all joyful. Everyone was helping each other. They were reaching out to everyone who was asking for help. There was a sense of PEACE all around. I then realized that I had experienced a vision of HEAVEN ON EARTH! I invite you all to follow Pat’s lead—share one of your own beautiful dreams! Courage! Do not be shy! We will all benefit from your experience and insights!
As we continue our Year of “RENEWED”, let us pray to God our Father in Heaven that our own personal renewal in the Eucharist and in Christ may help us encounter a glimpse of Heaven on Earth, and sustain our Hope to be with God in Heaven, forever and ever. This is the purpose of our Journey on Earth: to reach Heaven!

“OTRO SUEÑO HERMOSO”!
El mes pasado, escribi una columna en el boletin titulado, “Un Sueño Hermoso”. Muchos de ustedes me dieron comentarios muy positivos y me contaron que tambien ellos habian experimentado la alegria de tener suenos hermosos. Les pregunta si podian compartir uno de sus sueños. Hasta hoy, solo una persona me escribio acerca de uno de sus hermosos sueños. Aqui esta (con su permiso) para su propia reflexion:
“Disfrute leyendo sobre este sueño celestial, y me gustaria contarles uno de mis sueños. Mi madre murio en Enero del 2004. En Diciembre del 2004, tve este sueño: Mi amiga, Jane d’Aguanno y Yo estabamos en el area de Filadelfia. Le pregunta a Jane si queria ver la casa donde yo habia crecido. Fuimos a la casa, y cuando subiamos las escaleras, le dije a Jane que sentia raro estar alli sin mi madre. Pero en lugar de eso, la Puerta del frente estaba ampliamente abierta y mi madre estaba parada alli, se veia joven y radiante. Me sonrio y dijo, “Patty!”, y se encamino hacia mi para entrar. Entonces, desperte. Creo que este sueño significa que mi madre esta en el Cielo y esta radiante y Feliz, y pienso que se encamino hacia mi para entrar significa que ella estara alli cuando yo llegue para recibirme. Escribi este sueño en un cuaderno, asi como otros mas quiero recordar.” ----Pat Viets
Igual que mi hermoso sueño (en mi columna del 7 de Septiembre del 2023), el hermoso sueño de Pat es acerca del CIELO. Pat esta muy Feliz, porque tuvo una vision de estar en el Cielo con su amada madre. En mi sueño, estaba rodeado de un grupo pequeno de personas que estaban muy felices. Todos se ayudaban entre si, Ellos se ayudaban a todos los que pedian ayuda. Habia una sensacion de PAZ alrededor. Entonces entendi que habia experimentado una vision del CIELO EN LA TIERRA!
Los invito a seguir el ejemplo de Pat— compartir uno de sus hermosos sueños! Animo! No sean timidos! Todos nos beneficiaremos de su experiencia y perspectivas!
Continuando con nuestro año de la “RENOVACION”, Oremos a Dios nuestro Padre en el Cielo para que nuestra propia renovacion en la Eucaristia y en Cristo nos ayude a encontrar una vista del Cielo en la Tierra, y sostener nuestra Esperanza de estar con Dios en el Cielo , para siempre. Este es el proposito de nuestro Viaje en esta Tierra: alcanzar el Cielo!Uno en Cristo,
