This event is being held to advance the ongoing effort to encourage people to raise their voices and make their concerns known to the lawmakers about bills to legalize physician-assisted suicide and to amend the state constitution to create a fundamental right of abortion access through pregnancy.
HB705/SB798 Maryland Abortion Amendment (Abortion Amendment that would put the right to abortion on demand through birth into our State Constitution.)
has passed out of both the Senate and House committees and is being heard on the House and Senate floor this week. Now is the time to send another message to your Senator and Delegate. Remind them they MUST stand for the preborn and vote against this devastating bill, which would result in a ballot question to enshrine abortion through all nine months into our State Constitution.
SB199/HB119 Comprehensive Education Framework
SB845 Physician Assisted Suicide
Please go to the Take Action Page: www.mdrtl.org/takeaction.html to CALL AND EMAIL the offices of the committees and representatives, who will automatically come up when you enter your home address. Please take this action even if you have already done so. Message targets have been updated.
Stay tuned to support pro-life bills being heard next week! Thank you for being a voice for the preborn and the most vulnerable.
